Refund Policy for BingAgent
Refund all unused balance and remaining balance in the account if the customer wants to stop cooperating (Not including the deposit fee because the deposit fee has been used to deposit money)
The refund amount will be refunded within 48 hours from the time the two parties agree (Because it takes 24 hours to update the final balance)
The account purchase amount will not be refunded (If the customer's purchased account is faulty, the fault is from us, another account will be replaced. If there is no account to replace, the refund will be made within 24 hours after agreement between the two parties)
If payment has been received from the customer but the account cannot be delivered. The refund will be made within 24 hours after agreement between the two parties
